All our products have passed a quality control that ensures their life for 1 year.

BUT…

One of our goals is to extend the life of each product, so if your product develops any fault before or after your one-year warranty, contact us and we will gladly repair it .

A scratch doesn't mean it's useless, on the contrary, it keeps accumulating stories!

CHANGES

All products are unique, with a story behind them!

If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within 15 days from the date you received/purchased your products. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Exchanges will be made for one or more products that have the same value as the product you want to exchange. If they do not have the same value, we will refund your money or you will have to pay the difference, as the case may be.

It is necessary that you verify the purchase with the notification that arrives in your email/mobile or physical ticket .

WE PRODUCE WITH CONSCIENCE. If we do not have inventory, the process may take longer than expected.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for purchases made; you will be given an exchange equivalent to the value of the product you initially purchased. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, only the value of the product.

In case of return due to quality or factory defects, once evidenced we will give you an exchange for the same product.
